Activity Bookings (Paragliding, Trekking, Camping, Courses):

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

• In case of weather-related cancellations or unforeseen conditions by Fly Bir Billing, customers will be offered:

• • A rescheduled activity at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund upon request

Paragliding Courses:

• Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.

• If a participant cancels before the course starts, the standard activity cancellation policy applies.

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling is allowed once without charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Further changes may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation.

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
