Service Confirmation:

• Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your service details.

Service Fulfillment:

• All services (paragliding, trekking, camping, courses) are fulfilled in person at the agreed time and location in Bir Billing.

• Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

Delays & Cancellations: Delays due to weather or operational issues may occur. We will do our best to notify participants promptly and offer alternatives.

No Physical Shipping: No physical products are shipped or delivered. All offerings are experiential services at designated outdoor locations.
