Refund and Returns Policy
We at Fly Bir Billing strive to provide a seamless booking experience for paragliding and other adventure activities. Please review our revised cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation by Customer Before 72 Hours of Scheduled Activity:
- Cancellation initiated by the customer due to any reason, including unfavorable weather conditions or VIP movement, will result in a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation by Customer Between 72 Hours and 24 Hours Before Scheduled Activity:
- Cancellation initiated by the customer during this period will result in a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Activity or No-Shows:
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or in case of no-shows.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling Within 72 Hours of Scheduled Activity:
- Customers can request a rescheduling of the flight slot or date by contacting us at flybirbilling@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the booked flight slot. Each passenger is entitled to reschedule the flight only once.
- Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances (e.g., Weather, VVIP Movement):
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling will be accommodated based on customer preference and pilot availability.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refund Request Process:
- To cancel a booking and request a refund, customers can initiate the cancellation via My Account on our website or send an email to flybirbilling@gmail.com with the booking details.
- Approval and Processing:
- Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will notify you within 3 days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Non-Refundable Products: Certain products and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Consumable items (e.g., food products)
- Gift Cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital or downloadable products
- Insurance purchased as part of adventure activities (e.g., paragliding, trekking)
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within 8 days from the date of request, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at flybirbilling@gmail.com for further assistance.
